When Sebastian started taking accordion lessons at the age of 10, his mom couldn't resist playing the violin. When Veerle 'fiddled' at home, Sebastian spontaneously made up some melodies. This is how duo Muzant was created 'between the soup and the chips' (this is a Belgian saying).

It soon became apparent that their immense passion for music would create a unique bond, both on and off stage. Melody after melody flows seemingly effortlessly from their instruments. They themselves enjoy the melancholy and the summery atmosphere that they invariably sound on stage.
